Each Walnut Hill Townhome includes an attached carriage home with a private parking garage on the first level and multi-purpose space on the second level. The private parking area has been designed to easily accommodate two vehicles with the capacity to use car lifts for additional vehicles/equipment. The multi-purpose space on the second level has been equipped for a full bath, an efficiency kitchen and a closet. Walnut Hill residents have utilized this space for a number of purposes including guest quarters, exercise room, home office and a combination of these uses.
